Missionary Agreement Statement Response Form

 It has been our policy to require our supported missionaries to remain in basic agreement with our Statement of Faith and our Constitution and By-Laws. To this end we have adopted the practice of having our missionaries to annually acknowledge their agreement to our Missionary Agreement Statement (See the full statement below).
